1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Makker App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this application. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.

2. AI Content Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

Makker utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to generate learning content, roasts, and conversational personas. You acknowledge that AI-generated content can be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate.

RettSync does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated output. You use such content at your own risk. RettSync shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from such content.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RettSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall RettSync's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to RettSync in the last twelve months.

4. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from using the app to spread hate speech, harassment, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these community standards.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Denmark.
